Part of Walters Hospitality, Lillian M. Collection was established to offer couples exquisitely designed jewelry for every step of their wedding-planning journey — from customizable engagement rings to wedding bands. This beautiful concept, of course, needed a dazzling website to match. That’s where we came in. The goal of this project was to create a sophisticated, user-friendly e-commerce website that would serve as both a retail platform and a digital extension of Lillian M. Collection’s exclusive in-store experience.

Crafting a compelling website from the ground up was an enormous undertaking. To get it right from the start, I collaborated closely with the client to understand their vision, target audience, and unique selling points, ensuring the website design reflected the brand's elegance while also providing the functionality needed for a seamless online shopping experience. Then, working alongside a team of digital creatives, I coordinated the development of a showstopping website that’s a cut above the rest.

Launching Lillian M. Collection

Managing the development and launch of Lillian M. Collection’s e-commerce website presented a range of technical and logistical challenges: organizing and uploading the extensive product catalog, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining a seamless user experience throughout the site. This was an especially difficult feat — one that put my project management skills to the test. My attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing needs helped us deliver a polished, functional, and visually striking website — perfectly on time and on brand.
